Placements24 is seeking a meticulous HR Administrator to join a fully remote team that supports operations based in Bloemfontein, Free State, ZA. The role focuses on accurate HR records, efficient admin processes, and supporting the HR team and employees in a remote working environment.

The ideal candidate will have HRIS and payroll experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Remote work experience and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR documentation (contracts, letters).
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Respond to HR policy inquiries from employees.
• Assist in training and development activities.
