Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Hospitality Project Manager to lead diverse projects in the hospitality sector. You will plan, execute, and finalize projects remotely, coordinating internal teams and external contractors to meet deadlines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in hospitality project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years in hospitality project management.
• Strong PM principles including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Trello, MS Project.
• Ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal staff and external vendors.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and manage change control.
• Monitor and report on project performance and take corrective actions.
