Job summary

SallySupport is seeking a highly organised Home Care Operations Virtual Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based home care organisation. You will handle daily scheduling, caregiver coordination, client communication, and compliance tasks, working remotely aligned with U.S.

Pacific Time. Responsibilities include monitoring schedules in AxisCare, verifying documentation, onboarding caregivers, and producing operational updates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily caregiver schedules for gaps and conflicts.
• Maintain caregiver availability and scheduling data in AxisCare.
• Track missed clock-ins, late arrivals, and scheduling alerts; escalate as needed.
• Assist with caregiver shift confirmations and scheduling coordination.
• Conduct routine caregiver check-ins and follow-ups.
• Communicate availability, upcoming shifts, and documentation requirements to caregivers.
• Coordinate caregiver and client introductions.
• Respond professionally to routine inquiries from caregivers, clients, and families.
• Maintain caregiver and client documentation and compliance trackers.
• Support onboarding and administrative processes for caregivers.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational updates and reports.
• Maintain organized records and internal tracking systems.
• Follow up on outstanding operational tasks and drive improvements.
• Work hours: Full-time, remote aligned with U.S. Pacific Time; core weekday hours.
