Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Paid Media to lead the PPC and SEO function. You will oversee the PPC and SEO strategists, set channel strategy, and own budget decisions as accounts scale. This management role focuses on strategy and department delivery rather than hands-on execution.

You will be responsible for standard-setting, audits, reporting quality, and client outcomes, with the strategists handling execution. You will also drive hiring and early interviews for the team.

Formación

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Experience owning channel strategy and budget allocation.
• Ability to manage client-facing relationships during underperformance.
• Experience leading and developing a small team of specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Define work standards, audits, and reporting for the department.
• Drive client results and ensure honesty in reporting and attribution.
• Lead escalation and client calls when accounts are at risk.
• Partner with sales to credibly articulate deliverables.
• Lead hiring plans and first-round interviews for the team.
