Rmg Recruitment is seeking a visionary Remote Head Chef to lead catering operations from a remote location. The role involves designing innovative menus, ensuring top food quality, and guiding kitchen teams virtually to deliver excellent events serviced from Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.

You will oversee food preparation, costs, and safety, while collaborating with event coordinators to exceed client expectations and drive culinary excellence through technology-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in catering operations.
• Strong leadership and team management, including remote supervision.
• Proven ability to manage food costing, inventory and budget control.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute diverse, high-quality menus for catering events.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff remotely with clear direction and feedback.
