You will resolve issues, upsell services, maintain CRM logs, and collaborate with reservations and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest journey. Strong English, problem-solving, and self-discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably hospitality or tourism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving and calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with online communication tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma; hospitality-related degree is a plus.
• Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet.
• Demonstrated empathy and desire to assist others.
• Flexibility to cover different time zones.
• Familiarity with OTAs and booking platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
