Placements24 is seeking a Remote Guest Relations Specialist to support guests from Welkom and beyond, handling inquiries, issues, and bookings from a virtual office.

You will use email, chat, and phone to deliver outstanding hospitality, uphold brand standards, and build guest loyalty with flexible hours in a fully remote role.

Strong English communication and CRM proficiency are essential, as you'll work independently to ensure a memorable stay from booking to departure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally hospitality or travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
