Responsibilities

• Architect, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Allocate and manage a monthly budget of $10,000+.
• Write hooks, briefs, and direct-response scripts.
• Coordinate with in-house editor on assets.
• Track lead flow from click to booked consultation.
• Analyze CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
• Lead 30-60-90 day testing roadmaps.
• Run weekly strategy reviews with the CEO.
