Placements24 is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead our remote digital transformation for a prominent FMCG brand. You will design and execute data-driven strategies across SEO/SEM, social and content, while managing e-commerce platforms to grow online sales.

You will build and guide a high-performing remote team, collaborating with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and an exceptional customer journey.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• Master's degree preferred (advantage)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and FMCG trends.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliates to maximize reach and engagement.
• Lead creation and implementation of digital content across platforms to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to drive sales and improve user journeys.
• Analyze campaign performance, site traffic, and conversions with analytics tools; provide insights.
• Manage the digital marketing budget for optimal ROI.
• Stay updated on trends and technologies; integrate them into strategy.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing remote team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for cohesive brand presence.
