Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Philanthropy, or related field.
• 3+ years of grant writing and non-profit fundraising experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills.
• Understanding of the grant lifecycle and funding landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify grant funding sources (foundations, corporations, government).
• Draft persuasive grant proposals, applications, and reports.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors.
