Job summary

InsideOut is hiring a GoHighLevel Dashboard & Automation Developer to build a two-way synced internal dashboard for our global recruiting team. You will own the project end-to-end, connect to GHL via API v2 and webhooks, and design role-based screens for recruiters and management.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, experience with automation platforms, and building scalable internal tools. This is a fully remote, international position with EST business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GoHighLevel experience with workflows, pipelines, fields, objects
• Strong API/webhook experience for real-time two-way syncing
• Experience building internal tools or custom web apps via code or low-code
• Proficient with Make, n8n, Zapier for automation
• Excellent written and spoken English, self-directed
• Experience in recruitment/ATS ecosystems (Bullhorn, JobAdder, Recruit CRM)

Responsibilities

• Own project end-to-end from requirements to launch and documentation
• Connect dashboard to GHL via API v2, OAuth and webhooks
• Design role-based screens for recruiters and managers
• Build automated workflows across GHL, Make, n8n, Zapier
• Create data structures, data flows, and KPI dashboards
• Document system and train team members; optimize performance
