Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with planning software proficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts with sales/marketing input.
• Create and manage production and inventory plans to meet demand while controlling costs.
• Optimize inventory levels to ensure availability and reduce working capital.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with contingency plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze performance data and implement efficiency improvements.
