Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech/digital/creative environments.
• Ability to source passive candidates and manage the full hiring process.
• Comfortable across time zones and cultures; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across multiple regions including Latin America and South Africa.
• Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience aligned with Blacksmith standards.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent for speed.
