This fully remote role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex international operations and drive efficiency across distributed teams, ensuring scalability and exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in e-commerce operations, supply chain, logistics, and proven ability to build high-performing, geographically diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business/admin/related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, incl. 7+ years in global leadership.
• Proven success in scaling international operations and managing global supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global operational strategies to support growth and scalability.
• Oversee e-commerce supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment worldwide.
• Lead and mentor a global operations team across regions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing for seamless operations.
• Manage large operational budgets and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the global network.
• Drive adoption of new technologies to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
