Placements24 is seeking a Global Operations Strategy Manager for a fully remote role. You will research, develop, and implement strategic operational initiatives across our client’s global supply chain to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree and at least seven years in operations management, strategic planning, or management consulting, with global experience in e-commerce or logistics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years in operations management, strategic planning, or management consulting with focus on global supply chains or e-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience managing complex projects in a remote, cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research of global operational trends and competitive landscapes.
• Propose strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, logistics, and fulfillment globally.
• Collaborate with regional operations teams, tech partners, and stakeholders to execute projects.
• Create business cases, project plans, and KPIs for improvements; monitor KPIs and report to leadership.
• Evaluate technology solutions to drive efficiency and scalability across time zones.
