PRO Personnel Employment Agency is seeking a Global Mobility & Travel Manager to coordinate international travel, immigration, relocation and workforce mobility across the organisation's global project network. The role supports deployment of consultants, project managers and staff across multiple international locations.

The position requires extensive experience in global mobility and travel coordination, with a focus on compliance, stakeholder management and complex itineraries.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years' experience in global mobility, corporate travel, immigration services, international HR, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting multi-country operations and international project environments.
• Working knowledge of international travel, visa, immigration, work permit and employment requirements.
• Experience with visa applications and immigration processes.
• Experience managing corporate travel arrangements and related processes.
• Experience coordinating international flights, accommodation, car hire, travel insurance and ground transportation.
• Experience managing external service providers and international stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent requirements and last-minute changes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-service orientation with a professional and proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential employee and company information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate international travel, immigration, relocation and workforce mobility across the organisation's global project network.
• Support the deployment of consultants, project managers, technical specialists and support personnel across international locations.
• Collaborate with Directors, HR, Finance, Operations, employees, clients and international service providers to ensure personnel are mobilised efficiently and compliantly.
