Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end international relocation processes.
• Support immigration and visa activities by working closely with external immigration partners and relocating professionals.
• Manage case documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance throughout the mobility journey.
• Generate and maintain mobility reporting and analytics, including tracking movement trends and key metrics.
• Research immigration requirements, relocation processes, and settlement considerations for current and emerging destinations.
• Develop and maintain informative destination guides covering topics such as banking, housing, driving, schooling, childcare, and local services.
• Create and distribute engaging communications and resources to support relocating employees.
• Assist with policy updates, process improvements, and mobility-related projects.
• Coordinate welcome initiatives and support a positive relocation experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience or relevant qualifications in Global Mobility, Human Resources, Immigration, Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to compile and analyse reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across different time zones.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent research capabilities.
• Confident using technology and digital tools to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Interest in AI and automation tools will be advantageous.
