The successful candidate will oversee a remote team of specialists and work autonomously to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in social media management with a strong ecommerce focus, proven leadership, and a track record of scaling large-brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proven track record in developing and leading large-brand social media strategies.
• Deep expertise in advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overarching social media strategy for all e-commerce platforms.
• Lead development of engaging content calendars with consistent brand voice across markets.
• Plan and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
• Build, mentor, and manage a remote team of social media specialists and content creators.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and product teams for integrated campaigns.
