Competenze

• Master’s degree required in business/management.
• 10+ years in management with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven experience leading large, fully remote teams.
• Expertise in P&L management, planning, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with modern remote work tools and PM platforms.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of remote operational functions.
• Directly manage the P&L for the operational unit, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for a distributed workforce.
• Lead and mentor geographically dispersed teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee customer service, project delivery, and admin processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and remote tools.
