Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting underserved communities through donor communications, campaigns, and database management.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of nonprofit or fundraising-related experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software to effectively drive donor engagement and reporting in a remote team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, coordination or customer service, preferably in nonprofit/fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
• Manage donor database and gift records.
• Prepare thank-you letters and acknowledgments.
• Develop fundraising materials and online content.
• Identify potential donors and funding opportunities online.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual fundraising events.
• Respond to donor inquiries with excellent service.
• Track fundraising progress and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with fundraising team and other departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information.
