Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Fundraising Campaign Specialist to design and execute campaigns that support homeless services in Bloemfontein. This fully remote role collaborates with the Development Team to meet fundraising goals and engage donors across channels.

You will craft appeals, manage budgets, and analyze results, bringing 3+ years in fundraising or marketing to drive social impact. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising, campaign management, or marketing experience in non-profit preferred.
• Proven track record of planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with persuasive appeals.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with social media fundraising and online giving platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to ending homelessness and supporting vulnerable populations in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising campaign plans to achieve organizational goals in Bloemfontein.
• Manage all aspects of assigned campaigns from concept to post-campaign analysis.
• Identify potential donors and develop engagement strategies.
• Create compelling materials: appeals, digital content, event collateral.
