Placements24 is assisting a forward-thinking South Africa-based non-profit in hiring a Remote Digital Fundraising Specialist. The role focuses on expanding online fundraising reach, developing campaigns across social media, email, and donations pages, and driving revenue through digital channels.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of digital marketing and fundraising experience in the non-profit sector, strong analytics, copywriting, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and fundraising within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing online fundraising campaigns with measurable results.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, CRM systems).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital fundraising strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage and optimize all online fundraising platforms, including donation pages, email campaigns, and social media fundraising initiatives.
• Create compelling digital content (text, images, video) to inspire donations and supporter engagement.
• Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital fundraising trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated messaging across digital channels.
• Manage donor relationships within the digital space, fostering loyalty and recurring giving.
