Placements24 is seeking a Fundraising Campaign Manager for a leading non-profit focused on educational resources for underprivileged children in Centurion, Gauteng. The role centers on designing and executing multi-channel fundraising campaigns, cultivating donor relationships, and achieving ambitious targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in non-profit fundraising, strong proposal writing, and familiarity with donor management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising.
• Ability to develop and execute multi-channel fundraising strategies.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret fundraising data.
• Experience in planning and managing fundraising events.
• Ability to cultivate and steward donor relationships.
• Knowledge of Gauteng philanthropic landscape is an advantage.
• Passion for education and commitment to the mission.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive fundraising campaigns across channels to meet financial goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit prospective donors including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Develop compelling fundraising materials such as proposals, appeals, and collateral.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate donation records and communications.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, virtual and in-person, to engage supporters and raise revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance data and report progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing/communications to craft campaign messaging and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key donors and stakeholders.
• Research potential funding opportunities and grant programs.
• Stay updated on fundraising best practices and industry trends.
