Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Full-Stack Software Engineer for a fully remote fintech team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services for a global client base.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers, build APIs and microservices, conduct testing, and participate in code reviews. A strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a distributed environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Python/Django, Node.js/Express, Java/Spring).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for a fully remote work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
