You will design and implement engagement strategies, foster relationships with local stakeholders, and promote the organization's mission to drive social change and community well-being.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community development, public relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and local context, especially Bloemfontein.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute community events and campaigns.
• Proficiency in software for communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key community leaders, organizations, and influencers.
• Organize and facilitate community forums, workshops, and events to promote services and gather feedback.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and public events, serving as a knowledgeable ambassador.
