Placements24 is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager in Bloemfontein to lead the FP&A function, drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and partner with senior management to improve profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports with key trends and variances.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, M&A, and scenario planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and support.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
