Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks a Support Functional Consultant to handle Forecast to Deploy initiatives, develop and maintain software systems, and drive functional deployment activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma, MS D365 experience preferred, and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Remote work is supported, with emphasis on active participation in an online environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in the relevant field.
• Previous MS D365 experience will be an advantage.
• Vendor interaction and vendor activity tracking experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to work remote and drive active participation and activity completion in an online environment.
• Support Analyst with Forecast to Deploy experience.
• Understanding the Production Process, possibly even a production manager at a plant.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing and Warehousing, the movement of product from Warehouse to store.
• Understanding the difference between Big Supermarket requirements and small Cafe type, refrigerator limitations.

Responsibilities

• As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of software systems.
• You will develop new applications and work with existing systems to ensure they are optimized for performance.
• An experienced, diligent and focused Functional Consultant to ensure the success of this important initiative and drive completion of all functional deployment related activities as per the approved project plan.
