Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in food safety auditing, QA, or regulatory compliance within the food industry.
• Recognized food safety auditing certification (e.g., HACCP auditor, Lead Auditor ISO 22000).
• Extensive knowledge of food safety management systems and international standards.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills; ability to interpret complex regulations.

About the Role

Our client, a leading food safety consultancy, is seeking an experienced and meticulous Remote Food Safety Auditor. This is a fully remote position where you will conduct virtual and on-site audits of catering facilities and food service operations to ensure compliance with stringent food safety standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities
