The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics management within FMCG, strong leadership, and proven ability to optimize ERP-based systems and logistics software in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics management in FMCG.
• Experience in transportation, warehousing and inventory systems.
• Expertise in logistics software and ERP; optimization techniques.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex remote logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize the FMCG supply chain.
• Manage all transportation operations, including carrier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Implement and maintain efficient distribution networks to meet delivery timelines and customer demands.
• Utilize logistics software and technology to track shipments, manage inventory, and improve overall efficiency.
• Analyze logistics data, identify bottlenecks, and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
