Job summary

D2B is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for a remote, full-time role based outside the UK. The successful candidate will support multiple fee earners, manage routine and post-completion tasks, and cover active caseloads during peak periods under UK supervision.

Applicants must have England & Wales conveyancing experience and a full understanding of the conveyancing lifecycle, including AP1 and SDLT submissions. This is an offshore, floating role designed to alleviate pressure in the department.

Qualifications

• Experience handling residential conveyancing under England & Wales law is essential.
• Fully understand the UK conveyancing lifecycle from opening a file to post-completion.
• Proven ability to complete AP1 submissions, SDLT filings and respond to requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Provide floating support across multiple fee earners in sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Order and track searches, review documents, and ensure onboarding compliance (KYC/AML).
• Prepare standard contracts, TR1 transfers, and mortgage documents under UK guidance.
• Own end-to-end post-completion duties including SDLT returns and Land Registry filings.
• Progress active files and maintain clear communication with UK colleagues and third parties.
