D2B seeks a Conveyancing Paralegal to support a UK based law firm from remote locations (South Africa or the Philippines). The role covers floating, end-to-end conveyancing duties, including post‑completion tasks, with supervision by UK fee earners.

Strong UK conveyancing experience and cross‑border collaboration are essential. Responsibilities include drafting, searches, and co-ordinating with UK colleagues and third parties to ensure efficient case progression.

Qualifications

• Direct, practical experience handling residential conveyancing under English and Welsh law.
• Full understanding of the UK conveyancing lifecycle from file opening to post‑completion.
• Experience submitting AP1 Land Registry, SDLT filings, and requisitions.
• Proficient with legal Case Management Systems (CMS) and audit trails.
• Clear, professional English communication for UK colleagues and third parties.

Responsabilités

• Support multiple fee earners with workflow across sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.
• Order, track, and review initial searches and ensure onboarding documents logged (KYC/AML, TA forms).
• Prepare standard contracts, transfers of title, property questionnaires, and mortgage documentation.
• Own end-to-end post-completion duties including SDLT returns and Land Registry AP1 filings.
• Monitor Land Registry requisitions and ensure timely responses.
• Progress active files during absences and maintain clear communication with UK colleagues.
