D2B is seeking a highly adaptable Conveyancing Paralegal to join a UK-based client as a remote, full-time team member based in South Africa or the Philippines. The role centers on supporting multiple fee earners across residential conveyancing matters under UK supervision.

You will manage searches, initial documentation, and post-completion tasks, including SDLT and Land Registry submissions, while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and maintaining clear digital audit trails.

Qualifications

• England & Wales conveyancing experience essential (residential).
• Thorough understanding of UK conveyancing lifecycle: opening -> search -> drafting -> exchange -> completion -> post‑completion.
• Proven ability to handle AP1/Land Registry submissions and SDLT filings.
• Experience with case management software and maintaining digital audit trails.
• Willingness to be a floating resource across multiple files and support UK colleagues.
• Clear, professional English communication with internal/external parties.

Responsabilités

• Floating fee-earner support across files (sales, purchases, remortgages, equity transfers).
• Order; track; and review property searches and onboarding documents (KYC/AML, TA forms).
• Prepare standard contracts; TR1s; questionnaires; and mortgage documents under supervision.
