Job summary

D2B is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for a full-time remote role based in South Africa or the Philippines. The role involves supporting multiple UK fee earners across the residential conveyancing lifecycle and taking ownership of post-completion duties under UK supervision.

You will need direct England & Wales conveyancing exposure, strong case management skills, and excellent English communication. The position offers remote work with UK-based clients and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Direct experience handling residential conveyancing under English & Welsh law.
• Full lifecycle conveyancing knowledge from file opening to post-completion.
• Post-completion duties including AP1, SDLT, and requisitions.
• CMS experience and maintaining digital audit trails.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide floating fee-earner support across multiple files and teams.
• Order, track, and review search packages and onboarding documents (KYC/AML).
• Prepare standard contracts, transfers of title, and mortgage docs under guidance.
• Take ownership of end-to-end post-completion tasks across the firm (SDLT, Land Registry).
• Monitor and respond to Land Registry requisitions to ensure timely registration.
• Progress active conveyancing files during absences and communicate with UK colleagues and third parties.
