Placements24 is recruiting a highly experienced Remote Fleet Operations Manager for a rapidly expanding national logistics company. The role oversees fleet operations from a fully remote setting, driving efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across the nationwide fleet using advanced telematics and software.

You will collaborate with regional managers, dispatch teams, and maintenance personnel to optimize routes, supervise drivers, and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years in fleet operations management, ideally with a large national fleet.
• Experience managing operations remotely using technology and robust communication tools.
• Deep knowledge of fleet management software, GPS tracking, and telematics.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills; proven remote team management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
