Key Responsibilities

• Manage fleet maintenance programs, ensuring vehicles are compliant, safe, and operational, coordinating with third-party service providers.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement driver recruitment, training, and retention programs.
• Manage driver schedules, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance and support to remote driving teams.
