Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for a diverse fleet of vehicles remotely.
• Maintain up-to-date records for all vehicles, including registration, insurance, licensing, and service history.
• Monitor vehicle performance and usage patterns, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers regarding fleet-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies for fleet operations.
• Process invoices related to fleet maintenance and services, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Assist in the implementation of new fleet management technologies and processes.
