Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in fleet management, logistics operations, or transportation management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, geographically dispersed fleets.
• Experience leading remote teams across distributed locations.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including dispatch, routing, and scheduling nationwide.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of remote dispatchers and operations staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
