Placements24 is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to drive software development in Stellenbosch with a remote-first approach. You will guide Agile teams, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery of high-quality products in a distributed environment.

The role requires strong leadership, Scrum/Kanban expertise, and effective stakeholder engagement to promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile PM or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor Agile teams toward high performance and self-organization.
• Remove impediments and manage risks for smooth delivery.
