Hyperclear Technologies, a division of Hyperclear Global Investments, invites a Finance Manager to guide financial performance and resources. This hybrid/remote role supports multiple brands across technology sectors from Stellenbosch, SA.

You will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder communications while leading the finance team to achieve profitability and stability.

Qualifications

• Required tertiary finance qualification (BCom + Hons) or equivalent.
• Professional qualification (CIMA/CA(SA)) preferred.
• Post-qualification experience in financial leadership roles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) at entity and group level.
• Oversee external audits and secretarial tasks for the group.
• Manage Taxation and BBBEE compliance.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide data-driven insights for decision making.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
