Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Coordinator, Dispatcher, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and CRM systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges effectively.
• Must be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and manage field service technicians for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Optimize technician routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize response times.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians in the field, providing support and information.
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician performance in the dispatch system.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., sales, parts, engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery.
