Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team across South Africa, seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to achieve volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role
• Full-cycle sales experience is a plus
• Ability to personalize outreach and messaging
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
