This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to meet volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, quota carrying preferred.
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with sales team.
