Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of modern farming techniques, crop cycles, and livestock management (if applicable).
• Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency in farm management software and data analysis tools.
