Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience with farm management software or agricultural technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of agricultural operations including crop production, livestock management and farm planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on setup and configuration of farm management software to meet client needs.
- Conduct remote training sessions for farmers and farm staff on software features and best practices.
- Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve user issues promptly.
- Assist clients in integrating software data with other farm systems and analyzing operational performance.
- Stay updated on software updates, features, and industry trends in farm management tech.
