Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent.
• Professional registration with a relevant board (e.g., HPCSA, SACSSP).
• Proven experience in family therapy and counselling.
• Strong understanding of family systems theory and child development.
• Excellent active listening and empathetic communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage client caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family counselling sessions.
• Develop and implement tailored support plans based on family needs.
• Facilitate workshops on parenting skills, conflict resolution, and communication.
• Provide psycho-education on various family-related issues.
