IQVIA in South Africa seeks a Data Acquisition Specialist - External Data (Remote/Homebased) to define, set up and ingest external data streams for clinical trials, aligning with protocol requirements and data capture standards.

You will coordinate with data stakeholders, develop data transfer agreements, and ensure data integrity across SDTM mappings, EHR data, wearables, and biomarkers, while adhering to GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory privacy laws.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing data in support of clinical research.
• Experience with external data providers within a clinical study setting.
• Experience developing data transfer agreements.
• Experience working on clinical trials.
• Experience working in diverse, cross-functional, global teams.
• Knowledge of SDTM.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Define, set up and ingest External Data Streams per protocol requirements.
• Assess data collection needs and plan external data setup to meet study timelines.
• Collaborate with data stakeholders to specify data transfer, ingestion and structure.
• Create change requests for new data concepts or structures.
• Develop trial-specific data transfer agreements documenting requirements.
