Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in recruitment consultancy with executive search specialization.
• Proven remote business development, client management and revenue generation.
• Deep understanding of the South African job market.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage executive search mandates for senior leadership and C-suite roles.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to win high-value clients remotely.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Provide market insights and strategic advisory on talent acquisition to clients.
