Qualifications

5+ years in executive search or senior-level recruitment
Proven success identifying, engaging and placing senior management and C-suite talent
Exceptional research, networking and influencing skills
Deep understanding of industries and leadership roles
High level of discretion, professionalism and business acumen
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate sensitive situations

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market mapping to identify target candidates for senior roles.
Engage with and assess C-suite and senior leadership candidates with discretion and professionalism.
Manage complex executive search projects from inception to completion.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
Develop compelling candidate profiles and value propositions for clients.
Provide strategic advice on executive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
