Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Remote Executive Search Specialist to connect top-tier executives with leading financial institutions and law firms worldwide.

You will leverage a vast network and sophisticated search methods to identify, assess, and engage senior candidates, while guiding clients through the hiring process with strategic insight and relationship-building across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of executive search experience in Finance and/or Legal sectors.
• Proven track record placing senior-level executives and legal professionals.
• Extensive global network in financial services and legal communities.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulation, and legal practice areas.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for senior roles (CFO, GC, Partner).
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify top passive candidates globally.
• Assess candidates via in-depth interviews and reference checks.
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders in finance and law sectors.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation, and competition.
• Manage search processes end-to-end ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Advise clients through the executive hiring process using trusted guidance.
• Utilize advanced search techniques and databases to identify top talent.
• Contribute to growth and strategy of the executive search practice.
