Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event catering, menu planning, or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to develop creative and cost-effective menus for diverse events and client needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, crucial for remote project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and suppliers effectively online.
• Proficiency with event planning software, virtual collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated understanding of food safety standards and best practices in catering operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand event needs, preferences, and budget to design tailored catering solutions.
• Develop creative and appealing menus considering seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions.
